ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 2PM PST will begin processing that day and ship out within 48 hours, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification. 

As we are very busy during holiday season, we are unable to stop your order once it's been placed. Please check the size and color to make sure it's what you want and double check your shipping address before you complete your transaction.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

As all of our products are made to order, we currently are not taking any returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged at receipt, please email shop@thehollywoodunlocked.com with your order number and we will send instructions for next steps.
